This error means either that something went wrong in the bots code and then its timing out cause the bot does not run like it should or the bot is currently offline/restarting.

You need to be in a voice channel before activating playback or for using specific playback commands as the bot needs to know which voice channel to join.
This simply states, that you try to use a source stream that is not playable within the bot.

The bot simply cannot find something based on your search query that you provided to it.
By default the bot saves each streamlink to make it possible resume playing after restart (due to an outage for example). Due to the streamlink is too long in length it takes too much storage, to prevent storage issues it will not get saved into the bots database.
There´s a context menu accessable for messages that can be used to directly add a song that was sent as a link. If a message does not contain such link it cannot add add it for playback.
