This is normal behavior for the bot. This is done to ensure the bot closes the audio connections and tasks it has been running and go into a sort of "Sleep Mode". It will resume normally upon rejoining the voice channel.
The bot uses discord slash commands as it´s prefix. So you can type / into the text field and there should be a list of command/bots you can use for slash commands. Simply select one of our 24/7 Bots and you are going to see a list of commands you can use.
No. We moved commands to slash commands only because in the future discord is going to force verified Bots to be approved by discord staff to get the content of a message.
Basically only bots that are approved for having the "message content intent" can get the content of a message like mb help etc. This will only be approved by discord if a verified bot has features like Auto Moderation and so on. You can get more information here.
