The bot requires the following permissions to work correctly.
View Channel / Read messagesEmbed linksAttach files (for sending now playing images)View channelJoin ChannelSpeakUse Voice ActivityThe listed permissions also apply to the specific channel permissions. If you deny a voice channel speak permissions for everyone this may apply to the bot as well unintentionally.
Simply apply the 24/7 🔊 role to that channel's permission list and apply the permissions listed above.
Make sure it has all the permissions listed below on the bot's role as well as in that specific voice channel.
Try /info, if the bot does respond to this but not /play please join our Discord Support server see #my-bot-is-offline for info on how to get the server ID and ask a support member in #support-help to restart it.
If the bot still does not respond it may have froze up, restarting can fix this if this is the case. Contact an admin or moderator in #support-help if you are sure that it is not a permissions issue.
